According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on June 12, the official announcement states that the Hong Kong listed company Chuan Cheng Education Group Limited (stock code: 8195) plans to invest in Crypto Assets, with a total amount not exceeding 30 million HKD, which will be allocated from internal resources and conducted in the public market of a regulated and licensed virtual asset trading platform.

The Company's Board of Directors is optimistic that the cryptocurrency market will benefit from supportive regulatory developments, increased institutional investment, expanded crypto exchange-traded fund offerings, increased adoption, and increased retail penetration in Asia.

In order to enhance investment decision-making and risk management, the Company has established an Investment Committee on 11 June, chaired by Executive Director Yuen Yushen, to review and advise the Board on investment strategies, particularly for cryptocurrency and virtual asset investments.
