Retail investor accounts are shrinking, and the root cause often isn't choosing the right coins but being manipulated by the market rhythm.

Have you noticed? Those large funds operate mainly according to fixed routines—

First, they dump a lot of sell orders, creating an atmosphere of extreme panic, making you see the coin's price plummet and your mindset collapse, finally causing you to give in and cut your losses. Then they switch to oscillating shakeouts, repeatedly swinging the price up and down, testing your patience until you're physically and mentally exhausted and choose to exit. Once the retail investors have mostly left, they start to pump the price, using certain positive news as a pretext to attract retail investors to chase the rally. The last step is very brutal—just when you're happily chasing in, they dump at the high, completing the final harvest.

In essence, they prey on human weaknesses. When you're afraid of falling, you panic and lose your way; when the price rises, greed takes over, and chasing gains and cutting losses becomes almost a conditioned reflex.

Want to turn the tide? It's not about some magical prediction but about mastering your own rhythm. Stick to your trading plan and don't change your stance casually, understand the true structure of the price trend, patiently wait for that confirmed signal, and then act decisively. Whether your account can recover ultimately depends on whether you have the ability to break free from emotional manipulation and regain control of your trading.

Oh my, I am so familiar with this routine, just like the emotional journey I went through last year when I got caught up in a scam.

I got cut again and still don't know the reason, huh... It seems I really need to quit the habit of chasing gains and selling losses.

Really, the thing I regret the most now is being shaken out during the oscillation washout, which blew my mind.

It really just got cut off, and I was stunned. By the time I realized, it was too late.
