Asked my buddy at some tech firm what their product actually does.
His answer? "No clue, never touched it."
Wild how people can clock in for years without knowing what they're building. Meanwhile in crypto, if you don't understand the protocol, you're basically gambling.
Two different worlds I guess.

Haha, this is really amazing. The traditional big companies just muddle through like this, as long as they get paid. If our crypto world were like this, we would have been rugged a long time ago.

This is truly the disease of big companies, the art of wasting time. If we dared to say this here, we would have been torn apart by the community, right?

Haha, this is what a true worker is, receiving a salary without asking about the product. I respect you as a man.

Wow, this is the difference between web3 and traditional technology. One requires you to do your own homework while the other is just getting by.

This is the difference, in traditional tech companies, there are a bunch of people just passing time, but in crypto, if you don't understand, you will be played people for suckers.

Employees of traditional tech companies are like this, as long as they get paid, that's it. If you do this in the crypto space, you'll be rug pulled in no time.

It's really absurd, that's how big tech companies are... People have been working for five years without knowing what they're doing, while a bunch of people in the crypto world study it deeply every day, isn't it ironic?

Haha, this is the ridiculous part of big companies, getting high salaries yet knowing nothing about their own products. But I have to say, the crypto side isn’t much better either, a bunch of people don’t understand smart contracts but still go all-in, and end up getting rug pulled.

This is the difference between traditional technology and crypto, one can survive by just going through the motions, while the other will incur losses if you don't understand it.
