Trump is at it again: Tariffs replacing income tax? What does it mean for the coin market?

Abstract generation in progress

[Block Rhythm] Recently, Donald Trump has made another statement, saying that the US stock market can continue to hit new highs. Even more explosive is his tax reform idea - replacing income tax with tariff revenue, which sounds quite crazy.

This matter is actually worth pondering. If it really happens, the cash flow in the hands of Americans will be considerably more abundant, which is theoretically good for risk assets. Of course, tariffs are a double-edged sword; if trade frictions escalate, global markets will have to tremble along.

For us in the cryptocurrency space, changes in macro liquidity have always been a chain reaction. When the stock market rises, the sentiment will flow over, but if tariff policies trigger a shift in economic expectations, that's a different story. In short, while keeping an eye on the Federal Reserve, we also need to pay attention to the big moves of Donald Trump.

Here comes another round of activity, this guy really can't sit still. Tariffs in exchange for income tax? Sounds good, but in reality, the whole world has to pay the price. We in the crypto world are just waiting to see how the US stock market dances, the moment liquidity changes, chaos ensues. This time we really need to keep a close eye, otherwise our Wallets will suffer again. I bet in the end it's all bark and no bite.

It's the same old Trump routine, tariffs replacing income tax? Sounds nice, but isn't it just playing suckers in a different way? With players holding more cash, it is indeed favourable information for the crypto world, but if a trade war escalates, we shouldn't think we can stay unscathed. I still believe this guy is just throwing smoke bombs, let's watch and go shorting, everyone.

Donald Trump is really daring with this move, substituting tariffs for income tax? With Americans having ample cash flow, coins will rise, but when this double-edged sword falls, the whole world suffers, and our crypto world is the worst off. I'm really stuck here, one moment watching the Fed, another moment watching Trump, who is going to take care of my Wallet? The tariff issue, to put it bluntly, is just gambling. If the bet is right, funds will flood into the crypto world; if wrong, the global economy will collapse. I choose to wait and see. This guy just loves to stir things up. Last time with tariffs, we were trapped for half a year, and now he's back? But we do need to follow, as macro movements will make coin prices jump. With the depreciation of the RMB, rising US stocks, and escalating tariffs, if the crypto world can survive this combo, it will be quite a feat. Wait, can he really pull this off? It feels like just hot air, but the crypto world is really afraid he might actually do it. Liquidity is king. If these tariffs really compress economic expectations, funds will definitely flee to risk assets, and whether the crypto world can handle it is a question. I just want to know with this round of tariffs, will US stocks die first or will coins die first?

Tariffs replacing income tax? This guy really dares to think that way. By then, imported goods will be so expensive, and retail investors will have more money in hand but nowhere to spend it.

Trump is stirring things up again, this tax reform plan sounds ridiculous, but the crypto world buys into it... Replacing income tax with tariffs? This could be another signal to play people for suckers, history always repeats itself.

Here comes another stunt, this guy really can't sit still. But to be honest, if the trick of canceling income tax really takes effect, we will indeed have a bit more flexibility in our hands, and then we'll see if the coin market can take advantage of that. The key is that in this trade war, if one step goes wrong, the whole world will tremble.
