Key Points for Secondary Market Intraday:
Yesterday's short position was stopped out, and the market saw a strong V-shaped rebound. There are a few key points to note today, and the strategy needs to be adjusted accordingly:
1. The prevailing trend is still a downside move, but the 4-hour chart is no longer making new lows, the downtrend is slowing, and a double-bottom has formed. The daily chart shows a 2B bullish signal at the bottom. The main bearish strategy should be adjusted to range trading: buying at lows and selling at highs.
2. Short-term bulls are relatively strong, with the possibility of further short squeezes and liquidations. Look for pullback buying opportunities today.
3. Although the recent rally has attracted new buying capital, the dominant trend on the 4-hour and daily charts remains bearish. Watch for shorting opportunities near liquidation highs.
Today, consider going long at 91-91.5K, with an additional entry at 90.5K, stop-loss below 89K, and target 94-95K. For ETH, enter at 2960-2980, add at 2900-2930, stop-loss below 2860, and target 3100-3200.
Note that the liquidation short entry zones are also target areas for long positions, but wait for confirmation from the right-side signals.
