The decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) behind BarnBridge has unanimously decided to comply with potential demands from the SEC and pay fines if necessary. The DAO has nominated special delegates to deal with the regulator and approved the sale of tokens from its treasury if needed. The SEC's investigation into the DAO began in June 2023, causing the price of BarnBridge's native token, BOND, to gradually fall.
