Winter is really unbearable

Running the AC, I'm guaranteed to get nosebleeds the next day
If I use an electric blanket, I break out in a rash on my back from being allergic to it
Hot water bottles lose heat too quickly
I'm terrified of burning charcoal and accidentally killing myself
I want to cuddle my cat to sleep, but the kitten won't let me hold it

Wrapped up in a blanket wearing polyester coral fleece and it keeps crackling and popping

I'm out of options, don't want to go on 🙃
