The U.S. CLARITY Act encryption bill alternative amendment has been released, and the House committee will review it this week.

According to encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett, a substitute amendment to the U.S. digital asset market’s clarity legislation, the “CLARITY Act,” has been released. This substitute amendment is an updated version of the submitted bill, incorporating recent amendments and new content. The text will serve as the basis for the Republican members of the U.S. House Financial Service Committee (reviewing revisions) this Tuesday.
