According to media reports, DeLorean Motors has established the world’s first blockchain-based car booking marketplace on a blockchain network, allowing users to book cars using cryptocurrencies and stake to earn income while waiting for the delivery of new electric vehicles. DeLorean is committed to solving problems such as non-refundable after traditional car bookings, strict waiting lists, and production delays. DeLorean’s first Alpha 5 pre-orders are currently sold out, and the second tranche is expected to open by the end of the year.
