The analyst warned of the imminent end of Bitcoin’s bullish phase
The news is being updated. The MVRV indicator does not yet indicate a reversal in the price of Bitcoin; however, the current growth phase is likely approaching its end. This opinion was expressed by the CryptoQuant analyst with the nickname Yonsei_dent.
“Despite the geopolitical risks, Bitcoin has confidently recovered and returned to levels above $106,000. However, the momentum recorded by the MVRV ratio has started to weaken,” noted the specialist.

The indicator reflects the ratio of the market value of Bitcoin to its realized capitalization. In particular, it helps to determine how overvalued an asset may be.
“Historically, the direction and turns of the 365-day moving average MVRV have coincided with the peaks of market cycles. Currently, the slope is flattening — this may indicate a weakening of momentum,” explained the expert.
Yonsei_dent suggested that this could be a sign of the current phase of the cycle coming to an end. Therefore, investors “should focus on risk management and capital reallocation.”
According to the expert’s observations, historically “bull markets often ended with a sharp price spike — a kind of ‘final surge’ before the peak.”
“Tactical opportunities may still persist, but it is worth paying attention to on-chain metric signals in the long term,” the specialist concluded.
It is noteworthy that none of the indicators presented on CoinGlass are currently signaling a cyclical peak and the advisability of selling crypto assets.
