I've been wondering lately, when do I really need to get a hardware wallet?
The answer is quite simple - when you feel that the exchange Wallet is not secure enough, or when your holdings are so large that you can't sleep at night, it's time to consider it. The logic of hardware wallets like SafePal is physical isolation, with private keys never touching the internet.
Some people say that small amounts of funds don't need it, but I think it's a matter of habit. Getting familiar with the operation of a cold wallet early is better than being flustered when you really need to transfer a large amount of assets one day. Moreover, hardware wallets are not expensive; spending a few hundred yuan for peace of mind is quite worth it for long-term holders.
Do you use a hardware wallet now? Or do you think that exchange custody is enough?

The earlier you act, the more at ease you will be.
