I know a guy who cashed out and quit the scene as soon as he broke even. So what happened? He wandered around like he’d lost his soul, eyes empty, couldn’t get excited about anything.
Last week, he couldn’t take it anymore and jumped back in. After just a couple of days, he immediately got stuck with a 30% loss.
But instead, his eyes lit up, and he slapped his thigh saying, "Yes, yes! That’s the feeling! Feels great!"
Well, I guess some people are just born to seek thrills in the market. If they’re not stuck in a trade, they just don’t feel right.

Haha, this is the common problem of gamblers, they can't survive without market data.

This is the gambler's mentality, after closing all positions it feels empty, only by making a profit can one survive.

Haha, you're really addicted, making money isn't as enjoyable as being stuck holding the bag.

Haha, this brother has really been trained by the market; it's not about losing money, but rather feeling uncomfortable.

Haha really, this is the ultimate embodiment of a gambler's mentality... Tied Up but still feeling elated, which shows that the essence is still in that kind of thrill of the gas war.
