Key points in the secondary market:
The trend is still a rebound correction in the medium-term decline, and the benchmark is to wait for "rebound shorts". We have now reached the "supply zone".
Yesterday's reminder was to short at 88K-89K, and the precise entry points were reached early this morning. Now we are waiting for the strength and trend of the decline, and we will not be adding positions for now. The focus is on defense and profit-taking issues.
From a structural perspective, we need to observe the two key positions of 86K and 84K below. If 86K is not broken, there may still be new highs in the rebound, so short positions will start to reduce their holdings and move the stop-loss down when 86K is reached.
Compared to BTC, Ethereum's volatility is strong at times and weak at others. First, maintain a position near 29K. Today's plan is to add a short position if the US market rebounds to around 2970-3K. Short-term targets are around 2850 and 2780.
If the next two consecutive daily candlestick bodies close above 90,000, it indicates the end of the mid-term bearish downtrend, and an adjustment to a low long trading strategy is needed.
