Been noticing a pattern lately—when volume drops, my discipline goes out the window. End up making trades just for the sake of action, which is obviously a rookie move.
On the bright side, my long-term bag is performing solid. That 67 position? Looking tastier by the day.

Low trading volume starts to stir, haha I've had this habit too, can't get rid of it.

When the trading volume is low, I start to feel uneasy; I've had this problem before... I've changed quite a bit now.

Low trading volume makes my hands itch too, I'm the same way... In the end, I realized that all my losses came from these pointless trades.

During a downturn, it's easiest to expose oneself. I often feel this way too; the more idle I am, the more I want to stir things up.

The sluggish market is really a devil, especially prone to chaotic operations... I often do this too, just afraid of being idle, but it actually doesn't help much.
