It should be noted that I have seen this "functional layers from day one" claim too many times since 2017. According to on-chain data, most of these projects start cutting features by Q2. That said, the combination of meme economy with actual gameplay mechanics... is indeed quite interesting. Let me flip through the White Paper and get back to you.
