technically speaking, you just stumbled into hodling without realizing it—empirically proven the most sub-optimal investment strategy that somehow worked out. if you'd actually *optimized* that capital allocation back then instead of letting it gather dust, the data suggests you'd be demonstrably further ahead. but sure, call it a win i guess
