Don't remind me again today

Recently, a bombshell news circulated in the circle - former New York Fed Chairman Bill Dudley publicly stated that the Fed should stop the balance sheet reduction, as the risks of continuing to shrink would outweigh the benefits, and it wouldn't provide much practical help for interest rate cuts.

To put it simply, the background is as follows: During the pandemic, the Fed ramped up its money printing and bond purchasing, causing its balance sheet to reach a historical high of $8.97 trillion. Now, after continuous tapering, it has decreased to $6.56 trillion. Dudley's statement this time likely indicates that the Fed is preparing to slow down its tightening measures.

What does this mean for the crypto market? An improvement in the liquidity environment is often a precursor to the start of a market rally. Looking back at the massive monetary easing in 2020, Bitcoin soared from a few thousand dollars to over sixty thousand, igniting the entire market. If this policy truly shifts and market funds are no longer continuously drained, mainstream coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum are likely to enter a new upward cycle.

Last year, the Fed only hinted at a slight intention to ease, and the market started to stir. This time, the signal is clearer, and many institutional investors should have already begun adjusting their positions. Of course, it will take time to observe the implementation of policies, but at least the current environment is much more optimistic than before. Do you think this opportunity can be seized?

Old Dudley really said what we were all thinking... the risk of balance sheet reduction and excess returns, isn't this implying a shift?

I'm excited to hear that the tapering will stop, this wave is really different. Wait a minute, can Dudley's words really be taken seriously? Another good story, but the key is to see if the Fed actually takes action. I didn't enter a position during that wave in 2020, this time I have to buy the dip no matter what. Once liquidity comes, how far can coin prices be? History always repeats itself. Let's observe for now, don't get played for suckers. Sounds nice, but we really have to wait for the news to land for a true shift. If it really reverses this time, it will be crazy, just thinking about it makes me excited. Institutions are already lying in ambush, should retail investors follow or be cautious? Dudley's words, the Fed's heart, let's just wait and see. Liquidity easing = printing money = coin prices rise, this logic is sound, right? It feels like a new cycle is about to start again, should we go all in or not?

Stop tapering? Is this for real this time, or is it just market hype again? Let's wait until the policy is actually implemented; all these signals right now are false. They're about to start point shaving again, it's really unbelievable, inflation continues to To da moon. Dudley said this, BTC really has a chance this time. I hope it doesn't turn around again; I'm already scared of being trapped. Institutions have long been lying in ambush, while retail investors are still watching. This time is different; it really feels like there are signs of loosening. Here we go again; the boy who cried wolf has called too many times. Liquidity improvement sounds nice, but what about reality?

Wait, is Dudley serious about this? It feels like he is hinting at something to someone in a certain position.

Everyone is talking about it, I just want to see if the Fed will actually back down.
