Recently, I've seen too many newbies fall into traps, and I can't help but say a few words.
The waters of on-chain trading are really deep. Some people hear that a certain dog coin has skyrocketed hundreds of times in a day and impulsively jump in, only to lose everything. The most insidious part of this is the Pixiu scheme – on the surface, the candlestick chart seems to be soaring, but in reality, this coin only allows you to buy and you can never sell it. The contract code has been tampered with, and your coins are forever locked in your wallet.
What’s even more disgusting is that scammers will specifically flood the comments under various posts, pretending to "share opportunities", but in reality, it's fishing. They post a contract address along with screenshots to lure you into buying. By the time you realize you can't sell, they have already run away.
If you are a Newbie, don't rush to chase the myth of getting rich quickly. Can't understand contract code? Then trade honestly on mainstream platforms. The on-chain market is a free market, but the cost of freedom is - no one will catch you.
