Don't remind me again today

Recently, in the fire in Hong Kong, CZ and Sun Yuchen both donated 10 million HKD, but their operating styles are very different, which is quite interesting.

CZ is very low-key over there; a certain leading exchange announced with just a "donation to the disaster area through relevant channels," plain and simple. The post received 420,000 views but only over 2,000 likes - a typical quiet doer, just getting the money in without thinking about how to generate buzz.

Another person got excited. They posted "TRON partners with a certain exchange to urgently launch a charity aid mechanism", and the views jumped from 980,000 to over 5,000 likes instantly. However, this "charity mechanism" sounds quite impressive, just like a boss making empty promises about end-of-year bonuses, only to give you a supermarket voucher.

In my opinion, the former is like directly slamming the property certificate on the table during a blind date, very straightforward; the latter sends out eighteen beautifully retouched wedding photos first, creating a full atmosphere. Which one is more reliable? A discerning person knows in their heart.

This actually reflects two types of people in the cryptocurrency circle: some are focused on getting things done, while others are good at creating hype. We retail investors need to develop this discerning eye—when looking at a project or a person, we can't just listen to how loud the hype is, we need to see what has actually been done. After all, the crypto world is deep, and no matter how big the bubble created by hype is, it’s still just a bubble; only the actions involving real money count.

Investing in this industry is easy to follow the trend, but difficult to see the essence. The next time you encounter a similar comparative case, it might be worth pondering the underlying logic a bit more.

It's the same old trap again; no matter how fancy the packaging, it can't cover up the reality. Those who work quietly are truly confident; a sudden operation like a tiger, and then they're gone without a trace. The pie-in-the-sky mechanism? Wake up, this old trick in the crypto world. CZ's move is actually more worth pondering; as long as the money is in, that's enough, no need to pop up every day to seek attention. On Sun's side, I'm just laughing at the "mechanism"; a mechanism is a mechanism, let's talk when it actually materializes. Ultimately, it's just a natural attention-seeking trait versus someone who works diligently; it's clear who makes more money.

Low-key doing things vs creating hype to play people for suckers, these are the two species in the crypto world, I really bet CZ's money has arrived --- No matter how loud you blow, it’s useless, looking at actual actions is the true way --- That’s why I trust CZ and not certain people, quietly making a fortune is real --- The charity aid mechanism sounds like it’s going to trap a wave, sincere donations never shout --- Property certificate vs wedding photo, haha this metaphor is amazing, but most in the crypto world prefer to look at photos --- The key is to distinguish who is truly doing things and who is performing, don’t be fooled by the hype --- Retail investors are always the ones being played for suckers, unless you can also see through these traps --- Fewer likes instead proves that they don’t care about public opinion, this is the real deal --- This is how the crypto world is, those who can brag are more popular than those who can get things done, how sad --- Remember, next time you encounter something that smells too much like marketing, just turn around and leave.

Keeping a low profile while doing charity is classy, but the crypto world has indeed reversed this Those who act big actually get more attention, laugh out loud Money arriving vs. words in place, us retail investors only care about this However, Mr. Sun's marketing this time is indeed effective, I have to admit Real pros never need to prove themselves The cost of bragging is too low, and no one is held accountable anyway Reliable people have long been financially free, they don't care about this little hype When looking at projects, one must focus on actual construction, don't be fooled by the copywriting That's why I only hang out with people who get things done No matter how good the atmosphere is, it can't generate real returns The polarization in the crypto world is reflected here.
