The encryption market in 2026 may be even crazier than this year.

First, the conclusion: there are at least 5 major catalysts on the way next year, and each is directly related to liquidity. On the Federal Reserve side, the market expects at least 3 interest rate cuts; on the fiscal side, if Trump's proposed $2000 universal cash distribution plan is implemented, this money will eventually flow into the market; more importantly, the new Federal Reserve chairman's open attitude towards encryption assets is not a trivial matter.

Looking again at the regulatory aspect. Once the SLR (Supplementary Leverage Ratio) policy is relaxed, the idle funds in the banking system will be released on a large scale—what does this mean? The entry threshold for institutions has been lowered. Additionally, if the Republican Party dominates the midterm elections, the probability of restarting quantitative easing will significantly increase.

Putting these together, the macro environment for cryptocurrencies in 2026 is almost entirely positive. Of course, the premise is that policies don't suddenly backfire. But if these cards can be played, the logic for the continuation of a bull market is basically sound.

Which of these factors do you think is most likely to be realized first?

Interest rate cuts + point shaving, this combination is going to be something else. The institutions must have been itching to get started.

With interest rate cuts and point shaving working in tandem, institutions are really going for it this time... I've been waiting for this change in attitude from the Fed chairman.

Interest rate cuts + money distribution + loose policies all come together, if this combination really hits... I have to leverage up, otherwise how will I catch up next year.

Interest rate cuts are definitely on the way, the Fed is most concerned about stability, so there is no suspense in this regard.

ngl the $2k stimulus angle is doing heavy lifting here... but like, we've seen policy flipflops before. SLR relief hitting first tho? that's the actual catalyst nobody's talking about, institutions are just waiting for the green light. FED chair being crypto-friendly is honestly more theater unless the money actually moves.

Interest rate cuts will definitely be the first to move, the Fed will not wait.

It feels like the Fed is really getting serious this time. With the combination of interest rate cuts and easing measures, institutional funds simply can't withstand it.

I really don't believe in this interest rate cut thing; the Fed just talks about it, but when it comes to actual implementation, it's a different story.
