Reviewing yesterday, BTC surged rapidly from the 86,000 level in the evening, catching many off guard, reaching as high as 92,000, a rise of 6,000 points. Last night, we entered a long position at 92,300, and so far there is still a thousand-point range.

From a technical perspective, on the daily chart, BTC posted a strong bullish candlestick yesterday, breaking through a key resistance level and showing strong bullish momentum. The 5-day moving average has crossed above the 10-day moving average, forming a golden cross, and both the fast and slow lines of the MACD indicator are gradually diverging upwards above the zero axis, with the red momentum bars expanding, all of which further confirm the continuation of the bullish trend. However, the KDJ indicator in the overbought area has started to turn downward, suggesting a potential need for a short-term pullback.

Looking at the 4-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands are opening upwards, and the price is running near the upper band, with the moving averages in a bullish alignment, providing some support for the price. However, the price is currently far above the 5-day moving average, with a large deviation, indicating a need to move closer to the moving average.

In summary, the overall bullish trend for BTC is clear, but due to overbought indicators and the rapid price increase, there is some risk of a short-term pullback. Therefore, for today's trading strategy, we can focus on buying the dips and supplementing with small, short positions at high levels.
