The recent AI token dump? Might actually be what the market needed.
Think about it—after months of relentless hype and vertical price action, some air had to come out of the balloon. Projects that rode the wave purely on narrative are getting exposed, while the ones with actual utility and revenue models are showing their backbone.
This kind of shakeout typically filters out the tourists. When weak hands capitulate and overextended positions get liquidated, you're left with a cleaner market structure. Less froth, more fundamentals.
Historically, corrections like these set the stage for the next leg up. Not saying we're immediately mooning, but a reset can recalibrate valuations and bring serious capital back to the table once the dust settles.
So yeah, painful in the short term? Absolutely. Healthy for the long game? Probably more than people realize.

The collapse of the false prosperity is actually a good thing? This round of dumping has shaken out all the retail investors, and only projects with real revenue models can survive. I'm one of those who got rekt, but judging by the on-chain data flow, whales are accumulating at the lows. At this pace... the next cycle will come up quickly.

ngl, this dump directly exposed those projects that rely solely on hype. Honestly, it's time for a cleanup.

ngl this dump is just the market separating the half-baked protocols from the ones with actual seasoning... exactly what needed to happen after all that narrative broth boiled over tbh

Purely narrative-driven projects deserve to fail; this round of dumping is well-deserved.

NGL, this sell-off actually brought all those vaporware projects to the surface. We really need to do a round of filtering.
