The end-of-year Christmas holiday is approaching, and the US stock market is entering holiday mode. At 02:00 Beijing time on the evening of the 25th, the US stock market will close early, followed by a full-day (26th) market holiday. Meanwhile, US government agencies have also announced holiday schedules, with closures from the 24th to the 26th.

What does this mean for traders? During the US stock market closure, market liquidity will significantly decrease. Although the cryptocurrency market operates 24/7, changes in traditional financial markets often indirectly impact digital asset price fluctuations. Especially around the holiday period, trading volume usually shrinks, and price volatility may become more extreme.

If you have trading plans during this period, it is wise to manage risks and adjust positions in advance. While the market may be relatively calm during the holiday, be alert to liquidity shocks caused by unexpected events.

Liquidity drops, small-cap coins are easy to pump. During this holiday, stay vigilant with your positions. Wait, are there still breaking news during the holiday? Doesn't the Federal Reserve sleep? Trading volume shrinks during Christmas... Isn't this the best time for big players to move? Decided to close positions and pass the holiday, anyway, no money to be made. While the US stock market is closed, our crypto markets are still active, but the liquidity is really tight.

US stocks are on holiday, liquidity is plunging. At this point, holding or cutting—I'm really confused.

Holiday market trends are the easiest to get trapped in. Once liquidity deteriorates, be cautious. With the US stock market on holiday these days, I have to reduce my positions; I can't afford to gamble. Speaking of which, breaking news during such times is the most frustrating. Even a slight ripple can cause a crash. Holiday mode is a trader's nightmare. Without major players driving the market, it's really hard to make money. Poor liquidity is the real killer. Everyone, take it easy.

Holiday mode activated, liquidity is about to collapse, and the crypto world can't escape either As soon as the US stock market closes, there's a strange silence in the air Early liquidation was really the right choice The worst thing about breaking news is when it happens at such times, you just can't react in time Just look at my wallet, even Christmas doesn't get a holiday, boohoo

When the US stock market is on holiday, I know it's either time to eat or be eaten; with no liquidity, it's really dangerous. This is when the crypto world is most likely to have surprises, and black swan events love to happen while you're asleep. Holiday trading requires tightening your positions; otherwise, you'll be crying before you even realize you've been hit. Poor liquidity turns it into a casino—who dares to be fully invested at this time is truly a brave warrior. Waiting to see if there will be any surprises, but I have already cut my risk positions in half.

U.S. stocks are on holiday, but the crypto world still has to stay alert. Be cautious of this wave of liquidity contraction. The period before and after the holiday is the most vulnerable to market crashes; I've been caught in the crossfire several times. Adjusting your portfolio early is really the right move. It's better to earn less than to get stuck in a trap.
