Recently, there is a phenomenon worth noting: whenever gold experiences a significant rally, Bitcoin often follows closely behind and also shows a good trend. This is not a coincidence.

By reviewing historical candlestick charts, it becomes clear that there is indeed a certain correlation between gold and Bitcoin. Of course, this correlation is not a rigid "copy and paste"—there have been phases where gold moved sideways while Bitcoin declined simultaneously, and periods where their trends completely overlapped. But in the long run, a substantial rise in gold often serves as an important signal for Bitcoin to start its upward movement.

Recently, gold has completed another substantial rally. Based on this historical pattern, the trading window for Bitcoin is actually right in front of us.

**So the question is—are the linkages between gold and Bitcoin just coincidental, or is there a deeper logic?**

The answer lies in three core supports.

**1. Capital Rotation Driven by Liquidity Transmission**

Essentially, both gold and Bitcoin are beneficiary assets during periods of "excess money supply and weakening US dollar." But the key difference is—risk levels are entirely different. This determines the order in which funds enter the market.

When the Federal Reserve initiates rate cuts or quantitative easing, market liquidity increases, and more capital flows in. However, investors' sentiment at this time tends to be relatively cautious, favoring safer assets. Gold, as the traditional safe haven king, often benefits first; subsequently, as risk appetite gradually recovers, funds rotate from low-risk assets like gold to high-risk, high-reward assets like Bitcoin. This is the process of liquidity transmission, and it is the fundamental reason why their rallies are staggered and why a "relay" formation occurs.

When gold takes off, BTC should follow. This logic indeed has some substance.

Does Bitcoin follow gold when it starts to rise? Something's not right, brother. How can these two be so synchronized? --- Wait, the logic of capital rotation is somewhat reasonable, but is this historical pattern really reliable? --- Haha, the era of gold as the king of safe havens is coming to an end. Bitcoin is the new safe harbor. --- This theory sounds beautiful, but when black swan events occur, isn't everything just falling? --- The interest rate cut cycle is indeed a trigger. First buy gold, then buy coins. I believe in this process. --- But, with so many variables in the market now, can simply relying on gold signals really make money? --- Capital rotation is correct, but the key is to distinguish who is leading this rotation—central banks or retail investors. --- Another "historical pattern." I've heard this kind of talk too many times and seen it fail.

When gold rises, BTC has to follow. I saw this logic long ago; it's just a liquidity game.

Gold starts to rise, and BTC should follow suit. This pattern is indeed quite accurate; capital rotation works like that.

When gold rises, Bitcoin follows suit. You really have to grasp this pattern.

Gold is rising, now it's the crypto circle's turn to celebrate? Feels like it's always the same routine.

Gold rises before Bitcoin, right? I believe this logic, after all, they are both safe-haven assets, and capital rotation works this way.
