By 2025, the on-chain trading market has completely bid farewell to the era of competing in infrastructure. Fast matching, substantial depth, low slippage loss—these once competitive advantages have now become essentials for perpetual DEXs. Projects are racing against each other and frequently adjusting parameters, but they are caught in an endless quagmire of homogenized competition. Who should users choose? This question is becoming increasingly difficult to answer.

The performance arms race is still ongoing, but the real breakthrough opportunities are emerging elsewhere. Certain trading protocols rooted in strong ecosystems are breaking the deadlock with differentiated approaches. They are no longer obsessing over technical indicators but are redefining competitiveness from the perspectives of ecosystem synergy and product innovation, which is the new trend in the industry.

Homogenization is really unbeatable; it feels like every DEX is selling the same thing, just changing parameters. Ecosystem collaboration is the key breakthrough; relying solely on technical indicators is already outdated. Differentiated gameplay is the only way to survive; otherwise, it's a fate of relentless confrontation. Who to choose? Who to choose? Right now, it's really hard to see the difference; they all look the same. Reconsidering the game from an ecosystem perspective—that's a somewhat fresh approach.

The homogenization approach is really going to kill the industry. Instead of competing over parameters, it's better to think about how to develop ecosystem collaborations. That's the true way to differentiate.

Homogenization and internal competition are intense. To put it simply, no one dares to truly innovate; everyone is just stuck in the cycle of copying parameters. Ecological collaboration sounds good, but how exactly does it work? It's probably just another new way to harvest profits from newcomers. This round really depends on who can break the deadlock, but so far, I haven't seen any that truly stand out.

Homogenization is really incredible. Choosing a DEX now is like choosing a restaurant; the menus are all similar, it just depends on who has better service attitude. Ecological collaboration is indeed the way out, but the problem is that there are only a few who can really innovate. Tuning parameters back and forth, I just want to ask when will everyone stop this meaningless competition. Honestly, whoever can come up with truly innovative gameplay is the real winner.
