Really? I had to lose dozens of times before I realized the importance of stop-loss... Frequent trading is just working for the exchange, with fees eating away at you one by one. Waiting on the sidelines is much harder than going all-in; it tests human nature. Low leverage can't really make money, but it’s easy to get wiped out... that’s the most disgusting part. Knowing and doing? Haha, everyone can talk about it. I've also had my crashes. Now I focus on small, stable accumulation, which is much better than the gambler mentality I had before.

You're absolutely right; high-leverage all-in trading is truly a suicidal move. I know too many people around me who have been wiped out directly because of this.

Oh no, if I hadn't been repeatedly drained by transaction fees back then, I would have doubled my holdings by now... Everything you said is right, but I just can't do it, and that's the most heartbreaking part. I lost everything in that all-in bet, and looking back at this article now, I still feel a bit regretful... Knowing and doing? Don't be silly, I understand the theory, but I'm terrible at practical implementation. High leverage can really ruin a person; if only I had been more conservative back then.

Honestly, the transaction fees from frequent trading are really a blood profit. I don't know how much wasted money I lost before I realized it. Knowing the rules and executing them are two different things, and that's the most torturous part. High-leverage all-in trading is definitely a gambler's mentality. I've seen through it long ago but still can't help myself. Having no position really tests your mentality. Everyone has the feeling that the market is about to move. Stop-loss and take-profit, these two buddies, are a hundred times more important when kept in your mind than written on paper. Everyone is right, but few can truly do it. It's just that simple and yet so difficult. Going all-in once usually means losing everything. This lesson can only be learned with real money.

Honestly, I am the one who operates frequently, and the transaction fees ate up half of the profit. Now I regret it to death.
