#比特币与黄金战争 In the crypto world, there's a curse called "The more you lose, the more you trade."

I know a guy whose account once dropped from hundreds of thousands to just a few thousand USD, and the worst day he blew five positions. During that period, he stayed up late every night—not because of market opportunities, but due to anxiety and insomnia—liquidations, repeated stop-losses, full positions bottom-fishing, crazy position scaling. He's made all the mistakes one can make. During the day, he felt dizzy and lightheaded, and at one point, wanted to quit completely.

Until one day, he decided to change his mindset. No longer following the crowd, no longer holding onto losing positions, he started building his own trading system.

His approach is very simple:

**1. Wait for signals before acting** — Don’t chase the highs or sell at lows; only intervene when there's a logical opportunity. Basically, do nothing if there's no clear signal.

**2. Position control is the baseline** — Survive first, then make money. Each trade is strictly risk-managed; no full positions gambling.

**3. Profit layering management** — Use main positions to trend-follow and add on dips, while taking profits on smaller positions when the market looks good, avoiding getting caught in a reversal.

**4. Every trade must have a reason** — Never open a position without confirmation signals.

What’s the result of this system? From earning tens of dollars per day to hundreds, and now consistently around 3,000 USD daily. During explosive market rallies, he earns even more; in choppy markets, he maintains a calm mindset and avoids impulsive moves.

The key isn’t the numbers but the shift in mindset. From being manipulated by market emotions to leading trading decisions with logic and strategy. From fearing drawdowns and frequent stop-losses to understanding risk and actively managing positions.

The real danger in the crypto world isn’t a bad market; it’s emotions dictating decisions. When you start replacing intuition with processes, and feelings with data, your account’s stability truly improves.

This path can be followed, but only if you’re willing to first admit you have a problem and then persist in changing.

First survive then make money, this sentence really hit me, so true. I've also been through the full-position bottom-fishing phase, staying up at 3 a.m. staring at the K-line with that despair... Still, you need to have your own system. What he's saying is right, the biggest enemy in the crypto world is that foolishly restless heart of yours. Making 3000U a day? That's really outrageous, what kind of mental control does it take? This guy has understood it, most people are still gambling there.

To be honest, I've seen this routine too many times. Few people can really stick with it, most of them read this article and then turn around to go all-in again haha

That's right, this is a common problem in the crypto world: the more you lose, the more you want to turn things around, but the more you lose. I used to be like that too, with my account steadily declining from its peak. I was so anxious back then that I was still checking K-line charts at 3 a.m., thinking about how to recover my losses in one move. And what happened? Full position chasing rallies, frequent stop-losses, crazy position increases—I've stepped on all the traps. It was only later that I slowly realized that not having a trading system is really not acceptable. Now, I follow these simple rules: act only when there's a signal, strictly control position sizes, manage profits in layers, and ensure every trade has a clear logic. It seems very basic, right? But it takes countless failures to truly understand and implement. Now my account is much more stable—no greed, no impatience. When the market is good, I make more; during volatility, I can hold my ground. The key is not how much you earn, but the shift from emotional to logical decision-making—that's the real breakthrough.

To be honest, I've heard several versions of this guy's story, but it really hit home. Honestly, the more you lose, the more you operate— that curse is terrifying. I've seen too many accounts wiped out completely. Position management is the most crucial; the mentality of going all-in and gambling must be戒.

Once wiped out, all gone. How many times has he blown up and still gone from hundreds of thousands of U to just a few thousand U? You're really funny.

Don't you still not understand what liquidation means?
