According to Bloomberg, Meta Platforms Inc has agreed to acquire Singapore-based AI startup Manus, with the specific transaction amount not disclosed. The company provides subscription-based AI intelligent services to small and medium-sized enterprises. Previously, it was disclosed that its annualized revenue run rate is approximately $125 million, and its products can perform general tasks such as resume screening, itinerary planning, and basic stock analysis, helping Meta achieve AI investment returns more quickly. Manus was originally founded in China and later relocated to Singapore, with its parent company completing funding earlier this year at an estimated valuation level close to $500 million.
