What does a stablecoin framework actually look like without proper market structure? You're essentially building a phone with zero network. The ecosystem can't scale that way.

For stablecoins to work at scale, the regulatory architecture needs to establish clear "towers"—defined operating standards for traditional banks, brokers, and decentralized finance protocols. Each player needs distinct guardrails. Banks handle custody and settlement. Brokers manage flows. DeFi protocols operate within set parameters.

Without this infrastructure separation, you're just creating fragmented, inefficient infrastructure. The industry needs foundational clarity before stablecoins can actually deliver on their promise.

This guy is right; a stablecoin framework without market structure is like building a house in the air.

It sounds like singing praises for phones without a network, but in reality, this is the current state of stablecoins. We've heard plenty about the regulatory framework theory, but when it actually gets implemented, the interests of all parties become entangled in a mess. Banks, brokers, and DeFi—these three sides check and balance each other, resulting in inefficient operation. Equilibrium in game theory has always been the worst. Without infrastructure separation, it's just like now—on-chain stablecoins are like gas wars, with interaction costs ridiculously high, let alone talk about scalability. On-chain evidence has been there for a long time; liquidity is fragmented, and arbitrage opportunities are completely exploited. This is the most direct manifestation of market efficiency loss. Instead of waiting for foundational clarity, it's better to see who can break the deadlock first... but the probability of that happening is even smaller than the chance of my midnight airdrop snapshot taking effect.

A stablecoin framework without market structure? That's just a castle in the air; no matter how much money you spend, it's all in vain.
