Someone asked me, can I make money by investing 5000 yuan in the crypto world? My answer is: Yes. But the premise is that you need to have patience.

I've been in this industry for six years and have seen too many people come back to life full of energy when they enter, only to look expressionless when they leave. A large portion of them are small investors. What do they have in common? One word: Impatient.

Imagine having only a few thousand yuan in your account, watching the K-line fluctuate up and down every day, afraid of missing any market move, eager to double your money by tomorrow if you invest today. What happens then? Chasing highs and selling lows, cutting your principal in half after two weeks. I've seen too many cases where 1500 yuan ends up with only 800 yuan.

But this is not inevitable. Last year, a novice approached me with only 600 yuan in his account. I didn't tell him any complex theories, just taught him three rules. After three months, his account grew to 20,000 yuan. He never blew up his position nor got caught in a trap once.

His initial problem was the same as yours—super fast reflexes, wanting to run as soon as BTC rises two points, sweating when it drops one point. I told him the first thing: forget about the word "get rich quick," and first develop the habit of "not gambling" as a basic skill.

The advantage of small capital is actually overlooked. Because the principal is small, your trial-and-error cost is low. It's not about chasing every trade to double, but about accumulating through repeated small wins. Earning 10% in a month and quadrupling in three months—this may not sound exciting, but it's much more sustainable than a one-night wipeout.

The crypto world is never short of stories about overnight riches, but those who can steadily grow small funds are not relying on luck or secret tricks. It’s about rhythm, respecting your position, and cultivating the right mindset.

The crypto world is not a casino. True hunters never rush to pull the trigger.

That's right, but you need to get rid of that impatience, or you'll be cut off sooner or later.

That's right, it's all a mindset issue. I used to be extremely quick in the early days, but now I understand that slow is fast.

Hey, to be honest, the biggest fear for small funds is impatience. I've seen too many cases like this. Basically, you just have to endure and not think about getting rich overnight. Steady growth is the way to go. 600 yuan can turn into 20,000, it sounds unbelievable, but the logic is indeed correct. The key is to control your hands. Mindset is something that’s easy to talk about but also hard to master. It all depends on whether you can truly hold back. Playing with small money actually has an advantage, but many people haven't realized this. A 10% monthly return isn't exciting, but it's much more comfortable than getting liquidated. You have to experience this yourself. The crypto world tests human nature the most; quick hands are not a skill.

Sounds good, but I think the story of turning 600 into 20,000 deserves a question mark.

That's right, but most people can't do it. I'm the kind of person who acts quickly, always thinking I'm the chosen one, but in the end, two months' salary is gone.
