XRP is a cryptocurrency launched by Ripple, primarily used for cross-border payments and settlement. At the end of last year, Ripple finally reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2025 after years of litigation. This turning point is highly significant — the long-standing regulatory uncertainty hanging over XRP has been completely cleared, and the market narrative has also shifted from "litigation risk asset" to "actual payment infrastructure for real-world applications."

Honestly, this settlement opens up many possibilities. First, the door for institutional participation has been fully opened. Clear regulatory status has encouraged traditional financial institutions to enter the market, with spot XRP ETFs being approved one after another and performing well. Currently, the total scale has exceeded $1.3 billion. You will find that leading asset management firms like BlackRock are also submitting related applications, and industry expectations suggest that a single new ETF approval could attract $5-10 billion in capital within three months.

From a technological application perspective, Ripple’s On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) service has already accumulated actual users in the cross-border remittance field, laying a solid foundation for ecosystem demand. Combined with regulatory certainty and institutional recognition, the value logic of XRP is becoming increasingly clear.

From a trading perspective, the current key support level is around $1.50, with the main buying zone between $1.60 and $2.20. If the market starts to move, the first target is $3.50-$4.10, followed by $5.00-$6.00. Further targets could focus on $8.50 and even $15.00+. Of course, any trading strategy should be based on your own risk tolerance, and setting a stop-loss below $1.50 is a prudent approach.

ngl the sec settlement was the narrative flip everyone needed... but watching institutions pile in at these prices? that's where my spidey senses start tingling. seen this movie before, the "smart money" accumulation phase never tells you when it's actually over. $1.50 support looks cute until it doesn't... reading between the lines here.

Reconciliation is just the beginning. Will institutions really come in? From what I see, most are still on the sidelines. An ETF size of 1.3 billion isn't really that large; it will take 5-10 billion to wait for the real breaking point.

Wait, will BlackRock really wait patiently? The liquidity trap is all set up...
