Recently, Bitcoin's trend has been hard to decipher. It won't move up, and there's little motivation to go down; it feels like it's just repeatedly digesting the previous fluctuations.

This kind of stalemate feeling is actually quite annoying. If you keep an eye on daily and 4-hour charts and other short-term cycles, you'll be tossed around back and forth every minute. My personal experience lately is—less action. Really, sometimes reducing operations is the best response.

When the market doesn't give a direction, it may seem passive, but it's actually a metaphor. Consolidation periods are about accumulating energy and brewing the next move. Instead of guessing, it's better to wait for it to send signals on its own. People with patience often reap the biggest rewards at such times.

Just watch and let the market speak.

Consolidation is so frustrating, I really recommend not watching the market every day; the more you watch, the more itchy your hands get. Less movement is winning, there's no doubt about that. Wait, wait, wait, this is where the opportunity is brewing. Feeling trapped, just wait for the rebound. I've already thrown my phone aside and am peacefully going to sleep. So annoying when it’s just sideways trading, when will there be a clear direction? Both people and the market are waiting to see who can stay calm longer. People holding coins are the happiest right now, while we traders can only watch with wide eyes.

After holding for a long time, I really get itchy and want to do something, but every time I act, I end up losing. That’s what I say, but I still read it three times every day... It’s really hard to hold back from acting, but it’s definitely the only way. Just wait for the signals, anyway, you can’t rush it. Those people who trade short-term every day are probably overwhelmed now, haha.

Damn, this market manipulation is really annoying, constantly getting chopped up and shaken out. I'm just lying low anyway, not watching anymore. Watching it just makes me more anxious. Patience is easy to talk about, but who can really stop when they actually hold coins? Waiting for signals, but the problem is, even when the signals come, you might not catch the bottom right.

Consolidation is just squeezing out the water; the real big move has to wait. Less movement is indeed the key; people who watch the market every day all lose money. What can this sideways movement produce? It really tests human nature. Patience is easy to talk about, but sticking to it is the hard part. Instead of blindly guessing the direction, it's better to have a cup of coffee and wait for signals. Some people are naturally good at messing up during tense periods, haha. Accumulating energy? I think it's brewing the next opportunity to cut hands. Not watching the market and sleeping better—this wave made a lot of money. By the time the market speaks, it's often already too late. Keep watching, don't act—this is the most difficult lesson.
