No extraordinary talent, no big windfalls. These millions were earned bit by bit during countless late nights of margin calls, in regret and reflection. Today I want to talk about not some secret to turning things around overnight, but those "simple methods" that help you survive longer and more steadily in this market.

I’ve also made stupid mistakes before. Seeing volatility and rushing in, going all out in one round, only to have my account wiped out. Looking back at that experience, I really wish I could slap myself. That’s the most painful part of the crypto world — it never runs out of lessons, and the tuition is painfully expensive.

**How to find coins? Look at the gains.**

I don’t even look at coins that haven’t gone up yet. I focus on one thing — the monthly MACD. When a golden cross appears, I jump in; if I don’t see the golden cross, I close the app and rest. Don’t be tempted by the five-minute chart — that’s just anxiety-inducing noise. The big trend is the bowl you eat from; master it, and everything else is just clouds.

**How to enter and exit? One line does it all.**

I’ve given up on short-term trading; I only trust the 70-day moving average. When the price retraces to this line and trading volume starts to increase, I add to my position. Hold on during an uptrend, unless it breaks below this line — then I exit immediately. Don’t wait, don’t think, don’t regret. This line has saved me many times; many people turn from making money to losing money just because they can’t bear to cut losses.

**How to take profits? Learn to harvest in stages.**

When it rises by 30%, take out half; when it reaches 50%, clear half again. Don’t always hope to sell at the top — that’s just a post-hoc fantasy. The middle part of the move is the fattest; leave the head and tail for others to eat. Opportunities are always there, but if your principal is gone, everything is gone.

One last thing: the simpler the method, the easier it is to stick with, and the more likely you are to make money.

I never rely on flashy technical analysis or follow rumors. The logic of making money is really just these four steps repeated: pick strong coins → follow the big trend → exit at the line → take profits in stages. The hardest part isn’t learning a hundred technical indicators, but holding onto that "I want to gamble" heart.

The most amazing thing about the crypto market is its fairness. If you keep discipline, it rewards you; if you come casually, it will take you down. All these lessons I’ve learned are paid with real money and blood. If you truly do these things, you can survive; if you master them, you can win.
