BTC four-hour chart has recently been full of twists and turns. After dropping from 80,600, the price has been oscillating within an increasingly narrow range, like a stretched rubber band about to snap. This highly convergent pattern may seem boring, but it is actually the calm before a major move.

Yesterday, a few traders' long positions left a deep impression—taking profits decisively and running, with a very disciplined mindset. What is their approach? It’s to patiently wait for a clear breakout signal at this point where energy is at its peak and the direction is about to be decided, then follow through. The intraday volatility of mainstream coins is currently modest, generally just 1-2 points before taking profits and exiting, without greed.

Looking at the current chart, the four-hour convergence zone is getting smaller, with support and resistance levels gradually closing in. The long-lost sense of direction is about to reappear, which could be a straight surge or a sudden drop, as volatility will be amplified instantly.

An important reminder: this stage is the easiest to get trapped. Without a confirmed breakout, do not go all-in to bet on the direction. Either continue observing and wait for a breakout signal before entering; or temporarily stay on the sidelines. If you do participate, be sure to set stop-losses, and act quickly in both entry and exit.

The rubber band is stretched to its limit. This time, it will either snap or break; there's no third option.

The rubber band is about to snap, and I'm just sitting here waiting to die, cowardly. Seeing how decisively you run, I am the greedy type. I would never move before a breakout, but this time I will learn to be smart. That's right, now betting heavily on the trend is like gambling with your life. The energy is about to explode, my finger is already on the button. Stop loss? My stop loss is liquidation, haha. Not chasing high this time, I want to turn over a new leaf. Waiting for the signal, anyway I can't sleep well. 1-2 points and I run? I need to double my gains before I dare to move. Constrain yourself, constrain yourself more, if I constrain myself any further, I will suffocate.

When the rubber band is stretched to its limit, it's time to run, don't wait for it to snap.

When the rubber band is stretched to this extent, it's usually not a good sign. It's better to honestly wait for a breakdown.

When the rubber band is stretched to the limit, be careful. If it loosens, life could be lost. It's still necessary to wait for a clear break signal.

If the rubber band is stretched too tight, it will indeed snap, but I'm more afraid that those who can't wait will break first.
