Tomorrow at 3 a.m., the Federal Reserve's December meeting minutes will be released. How important is this document? Simply put — it can determine the upcoming rhythm of Bitcoin's price movements.
Here are three key signals to watch: first, how nervous officials are about the rebound in inflation; second, how long the pause in rate cuts will last (a quarter or longer); third, the proportion of hawkish versus dovish voices internally.
You can think of it this way: if the rate decision the day before yesterday was the final verdict, then tomorrow morning's minutes are the deliberation process of the jury. Currently, the market assigns less than a 20% chance to a rate cut in January, which is quite pessimistic. But if the minutes reveal that officials are more worried about inflation than expected, that last bit of hope will be shattered, and Bitcoin buying momentum will weaken further.
Conversely, if the minutes hint at any signs of accelerated rate cuts around mid-2026, the market could rally around the year-end. Otherwise, the year's close is likely to be a subdued, declining session with lower volume. At 3 a.m. tomorrow, the decision-making power lies in these minutes.

ngl the real alpha here isn't reading the minutes... it's understanding the opportunity cost of sitting tight vs. chasing that relief bounce. 3am fed dump either validates the thesis or obliterates it, no in-between tbh. basis points matter but sentiment's what'll move liquidity depth on the actual candles.

ngl, this fed minutes drop is basically the difficulty adjustment we've all been waiting for. if the hawks are still running the network, btc's hashrate just keeps declining into year-end. that 20% chance for january cuts? brutal. watched this same pattern back in 2018 when everyone was waiting for rate relief that never came... history doesn't repeat but damn does it rhyme sometimes.

It's already 3 o'clock, I can't sleep anymore. Without this meeting minutes, I feel uneasy.

Staying up at 3 a.m. in front of the screen, if this minutes gets any more hawkish, I'll just sleep on the rooftop.

The most critical details in the permissions control in the minutes—once the hawkish vulnerabilities within the central bank are exposed, the market will have to re-audit the entire interest rate cut logic.

Waiting for the minutes at 3 a.m. instead of sleeping, this is our daily routine, hilarious
Really? Can a single set of minutes determine Bitcoin's rise or fall? Then what's the point of analysis, just lie flat
Hawkish or dovish tug-of-war, in the end, retail investors still take the hit. How many times has this routine been played?
Interest rate cuts in 2026? Bro, are you trying to make me laugh to death? I don't even know what's happening next year
If this wave really drops sharply, I think everyone will have to face the wall and reflect
When the minutes arrive, not following the trend, it's probably another feast for the leek farmers
Hope this time it’s not another reverse indicator, too exhausting
