There's this habit I'm trying to shake—constantly refreshing my portfolio. Every tick, every chart update pulls me in. The more I watch, the more I second-guess every position. Sometimes the smartest move is just to look away, close the app, and trust the plan. Anyone else caught in this loop?

Not caring about the app is really a mindset issue. I now only check it once at a fixed time each day; checking more is just bad for my mindset.

I understand so well, I keep refreshing until my fingers hurt but still can't bear to close the app, watching the K-line makes me want to perform surgery.
