Regarding ZEC and the entire cryptocurrency market investment, I want to say: admit when you lose, don't make excuses.

The market never moves according to your ideas, and rules won't change because of any individual. This is the most basic fact.

Those who truly understand trading, after losing, only do one thing—review, identify problems, adjust strategies, and keep going. Never blame the market or complain that the rules are unfair.

If you want to survive long in this market, you must accept its rules. Otherwise, it will keep educating you until you submit.

Ultimately, trading is not about emotional management or luck. It's about how strong your execution is and whether your understanding can keep up with the market's changing pace. These two points determine how far you can go.

That's right, I just lost because my understanding can't keep up with the top. I always think next time for sure... but the result is still the same. --- It's okay to lose, after all, it's not the first time. The key is how to crawl out of the pit. --- I'm really lacking in execution. Reviewing every day doesn't help, I still act too impulsively. --- Market education has taught me many times, but I still haven't learned. It's a bit ridiculous. --- Really, don't blame the market. It's all because of my own poor skills. Accepting this reality is actually quite relieving. --- Lack of understanding is really deadly. Watching opportunities slip away right in front of my eyes, but I can't react in time. --- I also lost in this wave of ZEC, but at least I didn't make excuses. That's progress. --- People with strong execution skills have already taken off. Those of us who are slow can only take it step by step.

Sounds good, but very few people are truly capable of admitting defeat, let alone calmly reviewing their mistakes. This wave of ZEC market has indeed taught many people how to behave; the problem is that most people are only taught to give up and then there's no follow-up. Lack of execution and understanding, in plain terms, is because they haven't suffered enough losses yet, so they keep pushing forward.

That's right, that's the point... I've seen too many people lose money and still keep blaming the market. Execution really hits a bottleneck; understanding is one thing, but only a few can truly do it. Bro, can we still buy the dip on ZEC now? Honestly, the market won't coddle you. If you can't handle it, you'll just have to take more hits. To be honest, the hardest part of trading isn't analysis, but the self-discipline and the speed of cognitive iteration.

Alright, there's nothing wrong with that statement, but the truth is, very few people actually follow through. It's easy to say, but hard to do. Most people still find ten reasons when they lose money. Few people do serious reviews; most have already picked up their phones to curse the market. Execution is the biggest test of human nature. I am a negative example myself. The market is ruthless, treating all things as straw dogs. Don't expect it to favor any particular person. These days, there are too many people who think they are geniuses, yet they still don't understand what education is all about.

Listening to your advice is better than reading ten years of books, and there's no doubt about that. My biggest lesson in these years is to stop making excuses, the market doesn't owe anyone. Review, review, review—these three words I keep repeating every time I lose money, and it's more effective than praying. Whether you have strong execution or not, the difference is not minor. Some people just think a lot but do little, and in the end, they remain stuck in the same place.
