The U.S. President recently made remarks about interest rate cuts at an international press conference, directly pointing to the Federal Reserve management's overly conservative policies and signaling a potential "adjustment" of the current management team. Frankly, this is no longer news.

The internal attitude within the Federal Reserve can be imagined—drink coffee when needed, continue with the established course if necessary. After all, the previous term's four-year rhetoric didn't change much, and only a few months remain until the end of the term. Stability is the priority.

This cycle of "policy statements-market reactions" has become a routine spectacle in 2025:

**Stage One**: High-level officials make statements → The stock market, USD, and U.S. Treasury yields all feel a shock.

**Stage Two**: Traders begin to reflect—last month, they cut positions after hearing promises of no rate cuts; this month, they rush back in to buy the dip after hints of a gradual easing. Which of these policy signals is the real one? Or is it all just gut feeling and luck?

**Stage Three**: Market participants learn a new survival rule. When policy statements come out, there’s volatility for a while; if no actual action follows, the market gradually climbs back to its original rhythm. This "Trump statement immunity buff" has long been maxed out.

Analysts privately complain about this process:

"Compared to the Federal Reserve’s obscure dot plots and FOMC meeting statements, such direct policy signals may easily stir emotional reactions, but their execution is limited. After hearing too much, the market’s response shifts from initial panic selling to now questioning, ‘Is this just another false alarm?’"

From a broader time perspective, this has been a common pattern over the past few years:

1. Policy makers criticize the current management for being too slow in cutting rates
2. The crypto market and risk assets face short-term pressure
3. Relevant departments then issue clarifications
4. Market sentiment calms, and trading returns to normal

Investors have evolved from the initial "the sky is falling" to now "here we go again, nothing new." Those who should hold continue to hold, those who should short continue to short; everyone has developed strong psychological resilience.

That said, in the final sprint of 2025, for traders holding risk assets like BTC, ETH, BNB, policy liquidity expectations remain an important indicator. Participants using high leverage need to keep a close eye on the actual actions of the Federal Reserve management—not just their words. Sometimes, there’s a big gap between rhetoric and reality.

So everyone, buckle up for the final period. Policy swings may cause short-term volatility at any time, but this also provides rational investors with some ultra-short-term trading opportunities. What the next turning point will be, we’ll wait and see.

Same old story, I'm tired of hearing it. The speech immunity buff is already maxed out, now we're just waiting for the Fed to actually take action.

After hearing it so many times, I'm truly immune now. I'm just waiting to see who really dares to take action.
