I believe that during the process leading up to TGE, even if the team has to choose a difficult path, transparent announcements that clearly explain the decision and future plans to the market are crucial. To gain the trust of investors and the community, it is essential to carefully communicate the strategy and rationale behind even tough choices.

honestly, this is just basic comms 101 wrapped in crypto speak. transparency is cool and all, but *actually* what matters is whether they can prove their claims mathematically... not just vague "strategic reasoning" vibes. if the math doesn't check out, no amount of polished announcements saves you.

Well said, that's exactly what I dislike about some project teams — they always like to fool people.

In theory, it should be feasible, but in reality, most projects still choose to play dead. Now they've become experts at it.

Transparency, it's easy to talk about but really hard to implement. Many projects start shifting blame before the TGE, and only rush to explain when things blow up. By then, investors have already left.
