💸 RWA has finally transformed from PPT to real cash flow.

Over the past two years, I have read many RWA project whitepapers. Most of the stories are well-presented, and the expected return models look good, but the problem is that they are far from actual cash income.

One project’s approach is more pragmatic — goods are sold off-chain, funds are immediately received, then automatically converted into stablecoins and distributed as dividends to users. The entire process is on-chain and traceable. This is real cash flow, not just talk.

The SAIL project follows this idea. It is an RWA product built on the Berachain ecosystem, using the Liquid Royalty mechanism to directly connect real assets with on-chain revenue. From "how much can be earned" to "earning now," this is what RWA should look like.
