#数字资产市场动态 What is the most common way traders in the crypto circle die? Going all-in with full position.

I've seen too many accounts like this: risking $10,000 in one shot, and when the market pulls back 3%, they are wiped out. When luck is on your side, you win happily; when luck is against you, you lose completely.

A few days ago, during a chat, a trader complained to me that his account was liquidated. I asked for his trading records — he entered with $9,500 full position, without even setting a stop-loss. The problem wasn't that he chose the wrong direction, but that he didn't give himself a chance to survive at all.

That was how I was eight years ago. Back then, I also believed that "full position is faith," but after a wave of correction, my account was gone, and my confidence collapsed.

Later, I realized a logical principle:

If you have 1000U and use 900U with 10x leverage? A 5% drop ends the game.
But if you only use 100U with 10x leverage, it takes a 50% drop to get wiped out.

This isn't a technical issue; it's a survival space issue.

Anyone can read technical charts, but traders who survive understand one thing — market rises and falls are beyond your control, but position size is something you can control.

Over the past years, repeatedly educated by the market, I have derived three iron rules:

**Single trade risk no more than 20% of the account** — this way, a stop-loss is like a scratch, not damaging your bones

**Cap loss per trade at 3%** — even if you see the right direction, don’t gamble your life; if wrong, you can afford to lose

**Let go during market oscillations** — money can be earned endlessly, but zeroing out only takes once

With these three rules, I have survived three major market crashes, never once liquidated. My account grew from 70,000 to nearly 400,000, not by perfect market predictions, but because every trade had an exit strategy.

The trader who previously got liquidated followed this logic and, after three months, told me his account doubled. He said his biggest gain wasn’t just making money, but finally understanding what "stability" means.

The cruelty of the crypto world is that most people wait for a miracle, but those who survive are already compounding.

You can't control the market, but you can decide your position size. Before trying to earn more, learn to lose with discipline. Don’t dream of overnight riches; first, ensure you don’t get wiped out overnight. This is the first lesson of trading.

Exactly right, going all-in with a full position is just asking for death.

Full position all-in strategy, this really is the standard for new crypto newbies. I see people doing this every time.

It sounds like talking about an archaeological site of traders. Going all-in with full positions—that's just the collective dream of early coin enthusiasts. Unfortunately, most people don't live to witness their own compound interest moment; they've already been sentenced to death by the market. The three iron rules of position control are less like trading principles and more like the minimum threshold for survival.

Full-position all-in is a gambler's mentality; sooner or later, you'll have to pay.

Really, going all-in with a full position is like gambling with your life. I've seen too many accounts wiped out after just one wave of correction.
