To be honest, I'm most interested in real estate on the blockchain. I'm already tired of the liquidity-based financial assets.

To be honest, I'm not that excited about putting government bonds on the blockchain; it's mostly something that institutions do. What I really want to see is art and collectibles being tokenized, because currently, transactions are heavily intermediated by galleries and auction houses, which eat up too much of the profit margin. Authenticity verification on the blockchain is indeed challenging, but if it can be achieved, it would be a qualitative leap for the entire market.
