This week, I went to the local anti-fraud center to handle a protective stop payment. The incident started three days ago when my neighbor back home was scammed out of 80,000 yuan through online fake orders and asked me on WeChat if I could help recover the money. I requested the fake order link to take a look, and as a result, I clicked on that website once within WeChat—just this one time. The anti-fraud center received a risk warning and took three days to trace the activity. Today, they temporarily froze all my debit and credit cards registered under my name. It seems that the system's tracking of suspicious links is more sensitive and prompt than I imagined. This incident also reminds us that we should never casually click on suspicious links online, even if our initial intention is to help, as it can easily be misjudged by risk control systems as high-risk accounts. Although the anti-fraud center's mechanism is a bit strict, from a prevention perspective, it is very necessary to protect users' funds.

Wow, just clicking a link and you're completely blocked? This risk control is way too sensitive.

Oh my god, just one link got directly flagged by the risk control system... this system is really ruthless... But on the other hand, helping others ends up getting you mistakenly flagged, which is really frustrating.

Oh no, one click and all cards are frozen? The anti-fraud system is too harsh, it's a bit over the top.
