Recently, I truly experienced what it means to have strong execution. The most memorable moment was when the host spoke with authority, and hundreds of people in the Tencent meeting were silent. Even when the founder posted a tweet, everyone seemed to have a tacit understanding and collectively liked and retweeted. This level of coordination is not innate.

Throughout the process, no one opposed or started FUD. Everyone's eyes were filled with anticipation for the future, and that atmosphere was contagious. This is the strongest team state I have ever seen.

Later, I realized—where does this cohesion come from? The ground promotion team. My advice is, if you want to be a good CTO or manage a project, spending some time with a frontline promotion team is definitely the right move. There, you will see real human hearts, real execution, and real feedback on results. It’s more effective than sitting in a conference room thinking a hundred times. Cohesion may seem intangible, but in fact, it is the hardest competitive edge.
