Staring at the screen, staying up late, coffee to keep going—this is the daily life of many in the crypto world. But have you ever thought that the real losses might not be in your wallet at all?

Let's talk about the immediate costs. Sitting for over 10 hours a day, directly harming your neck and lower back. Staying up late disrupts your endocrine system, memory declines, and you feel sluggish. These are not minor issues.

Even more heartbreaking is the mental state. Anxiety causes insomnia in a bear market, while overexcitement leads to emotional rollercoasters in a bull market. Judgment collapses, and mistakes in decision-making multiply—you'll find that your body is losing faster than your account.

Looking at it from another perspective, a healthy body and stable mindset are the true compound assets. A clear mind is essential to seize long-term opportunities in markets like BTC and ETH. Short-term fluctuations are really not worth overextending yourself. Rest when you need to rest, sleep when you need to sleep. In the end, those who know how to take care of themselves are often the ones who win.

Damn, that hits too close to home. I was wrecked like this last year, and now I can't even straighten my neck. Really, the small gains from watching the market can't make up for medical expenses. During the bear market, I was completely overwhelmed. All my decisions were garbage, and I might as well have just slept well and earned more. Now I've changed. I no longer overstrain my body. Long-term holding is the way to go. Damn, health is the most valuable asset. This summary is excellent. It should be heard by more people. Wow, I just want to ask how many people are still doing this?

That's so true. I am now a living example of what not to do, with a neck pain that makes me doubt life. --- During the bear market, I was so anxious I couldn't eat. Now my reaction speed is terrible, feeling like my brain has been drained. --- The habit of relying on coffee to keep going needs to stop. If I keep going like this, no matter how many coins I earn, I won't have a life to spend them. --- A clear mind is indeed the greatest wealth, but unfortunately, by the time I realized this, I had already missed many opportunities. --- The last sentence hit the mark: no matter how fast you earn, it can't outpace the speed at which your body loses blood. --- Instead of staring at charts, it's better to get a good sleep. That is the real return on investment.

That's right, I am currently experiencing neck pain to the point of questioning life, and I'm still looking at candlestick charts. Truly amazing.

Really, obsessively watching the market until you lose hair is the biggest loss. Now I understand that a healthy body is more important than bottom fishing.
