Recently, I compiled an interesting industry landscape—the distribution of core supply chains among domestic and international robotics companies.
Domestically, Huawei, Yushu, UBTECH, DJI, Xiaomi, JD.com, and others are involved in the robotics field. Many of their core components come from companies like Green Harmonic, Zhaowei Electromechanical, and Changying Precision. The supply chain extends further to supporting manufacturers such as Sanhua Intelligent Controls and Top Group.
Interestingly, overseas giants are also part of this ecosystem—Tesla, Figure AI, 1X Technologies, Boston Dynamics, these leading robotics companies, also heavily rely on domestic enterprises for their supply chains. Domestic suppliers like Top Group, Sanhua Intelligent Controls, Mingzhi Electric, and Green Harmonic play an indispensable role in the global robotics industry chain.
This phenomenon is worth pondering. The technological capabilities and cost advantages of the domestic supply chain are becoming a crucial support for the global upgrade of the robotics industry.

On-chain data shows that this supply chain logic has long been hardcoded. I’ve reviewed Tesla’s procurement records, and the deployment times of Green Harmonics and Topu contracts align... It’s worth noting the technological accumulation of these domestic manufacturers. Based on past experience, the era of being held hostage is over.
Late at night, I looked into the financial reports of these companies. Cost advantages are not just about price wars; from the code, it’s about the efficiency of the entire supply chain. An interesting point is that overseas giants are now relying on this system.
As expected, the upgrade of the global robotics industry is essentially determined by the domestic supply chain architecture.
This strategic layout is truly brilliant. It feels like the shift in industry chain discourse power has been underway for a while.
It’s worth noting that Tesla’s traceability of parts can match several domestic suppliers, which is no coincidence.
Domestic suppliers have long understood the logic of global demand. Now, they have become key players in the market.
Late-night monitoring revealed interesting data about the order volumes of these companies. The control over the industry chain is quietly shifting.

Wow, this is the real hidden champion. No one pays attention to these suppliers, but they support the entire industry chain.
