AUCTION has indeed been looking a bit weak during this period. The bears are exerting strong suppression, and every slight rebound is pushed back down. Both the highs and lows are trending downward, and the pattern is quite unfavorable.
From a fee perspective, it's also not ideal — although the bears are maintaining suppression through paid efforts, the fee rate in the four-hour cycle isn't high, which actually favors the bears to continue applying pressure.
Technically, my approach is as follows: if the price rebounds to the 5.3 to 5.4 range, you can boldly go short. If it breaks 5 directly, that's an even better opportunity to chase the short. Set the stop-loss at 5.5; once it breaks that level, exit the position.
For take-profit, the first target is 4.8, where you can lock in profits first. The second target is to hold until the previous low on the daily K-line level.

The short squeeze this time is really fierce. Every rebound gets suppressed, and it feels like it's about to break 5.

The short squeeze this time was really fierce; they sell off on rebounds, it's hard to watch.

The bears are so fierce, it feels like it won't be over until it crashes all the way down.

Oh no, this AUCTION is indeed a bit bleak. Every rebound gets pushed back down, and it feels like the bears are firmly holding their positions here, which is quite uncomfortable to watch. But on the other hand, I've seen this kind of pattern quite a few times in my three years of crypto trading, and it always reverses, so I still have some hope. Just need to be cautious in the short term.

Shorts are so aggressive, and the fee rate is still so low? It feels like there will be more downward pressure ahead.

The bears are so fierce. Are they accumulating some big move? It doesn't seem that simple.
