2026 Cryptocurrency Market Forecast: Bitcoin May Present a "Double Buy" Opportunity, Altcoins Will Face an Excellent Window

【BlockBeats】Recently, some analysts shared their views on the crypto market in 2026, which are worth paying attention to.

The long-term logic of Bitcoin remains solid. Although there will be fluctuations in the short term, this analyst believes that Bitcoin will still head towards the $1 million target in the long run. However, he specifically warns that in the first half of 2026, there may be a “risk liquidation event,” during which Bitcoin could fall back to around $60,000. Don’t be scared by the numbers; this is actually an excellent “buying opportunity” for the “longs” — the deep value zone is right in front of you. The situation will reverse in the second half of the year, as improved liquidity, policy stimulus, and AI growth momentum will boost market sentiment.

Ethereum is viewed by traditional fund managers as “tech small-cap stocks”. Recently, the hype around RWA (Real World Asset) tokenization has been particularly high, with a 145% year-over-year growth in Q3 2025, indicating that high-quality assets are continuously entering the DeFi ecosystem. As the main stage for DeFi, Ethereum benefits most directly from this. Based on this logic, Ethereum’s target price by the end of the year is approximately $4,500.

SOL is forging its own path. It will compete with Ethereum in the RWA market, but traditional asset management institutions support it less than Ethereum. However, SOL has advantages such as high throughput, protocol upgrades (like Alpenglow, Firedancer, and other new developments), and potential inflation reduction. Regarding price expectations, it may consolidate between $50 and $75 in Q1 and Q2, then rebound to the $220–$260 range.

Altcoins’ opportunities will come in the second half. After the risk liquidation, altcoins will become the market’s “excellent cocktail.” Especially when Ethereum outperforms Bitcoin, those altcoins with solid tokenomics and genuine ecological traction—particularly projects related to RWA—will have good growth potential.

Is it possible to buy Bitcoin at 60,000? Dream on, those who cut losses have already run away. --- Buying with both hands again, easy to say. Who's responsible when you lose money? --- 145% growth sounds impressive, but can RWA really be implemented, or is it just another round of hype? --- Wait, Ethereum as a small-cap stock? It seems the analysts are overthinking it a bit. --- Is a liquidation event actually an opportunity? I've heard this logic too many times. --- It sounds good, but what if it doesn't reach 60,000? I wonder who would dare to buy with both hands then. --- DeFi ecosystem moving into high-quality assets is indeed good, but that has nothing to do with whether ETH will rise or not. --- One million dollars? Tell me another story. I don't believe it anyway. --- They always say there will be a reversal in the second half of the year, but in the first half, they cut my gains first. It's really annoying.

60,000 yuan to buy Bitcoin? I feel like this is being said every year... Wait, RWA increased by 145%? Now that's real stuff, the DeFi ecosystem is really transforming. And what's this "risk liquidation," isn't it just trying to get us to buy the dip? Are altcoins really about to take off this time? I'm starting to get tired of hearing it. A target of 1 million dollars... Just thinking about it is ridiculous, but I can't come up with a reason to argue. I just want to ask, if 60,000 USD really arrives, would you dare to buy?

60,000 yuan to enter? Dream on, it's not that easy to catch the bottom of a bear market. Wait a bit longer, don't be so impatient. Hearing about 1 million USD is fine, but currently, stability is the priority. ETH's recent popularity with RWA is real, but the risks are also significant. A reversal in the second half of the year? That depends on no black swan events occurring. I'm tired of hearing the phrase "buy with both hands," every time it's said.

Buying in at 60,000? Dream on. By then, it'll just be another bottom-fishing attempt that turns into a bagholder.

Bitcoin worth 60,000 yuan? Am I understanding it wrong, is this real... --- It's "buying with both hands" again, I'm tired of hearing that, every time they say it, and then what happens? --- RWA up 145%... this data seems a bit outrageous, or am I out of the loop? --- Wait, 1 million USD? Feels a bit like dreaming haha --- Ethereum small-cap stocks benchmark... this analogy is probably to attract funds, right? --- Reversal in the second half of the year? Let's first hope we can survive the first half, that's already good enough --- Adding assets to the DeFi ecosystem is a good thing, but can it really be implemented? Still feel like it's just hype --- Liquidation events sound very dangerous, I don't know how many people will get margin called if it actually happens

Is it really possible to buy around 60,000 yuan? Feels like just hype again. People say 1 million USD and I just laugh. Let's see if I survive until next year first. RWA is indeed hot this wave, but the DeFi ecosystem is still the same old gameplay, just a different name. When a liquidation event happens, where do I have the money to buy the dip? I already went all in long ago. Ethereum being regarded as a small tech stock is a signal that institutions are entering, just wait and see. The phrase "buy with both hands" is getting tired; I prefer to keep my ammunition and wait. A 145% growth figure looks good, but how many projects can actually be implemented?

60,000 yuan to buy Bitcoin? Why do I feel like this is said every year... Wait, did RWA really increase by 145%? This is probably the craziest track of the year. Here we go again with "double-handed buying." Last time I said that, I just threw in the money, but... never mind. Ethereum as a tech small-cap stock? That's interesting, I’m willing to listen to this logic. Reversal in the second half of the year? Let’s first see how the first half played out, anyway I’m holding nothing.
