Cardone Capital is buying the Bitcoin dip. The real estate company is adding $10 million in Bitcoin to its portfolio, said founder and CEO Grant Cardone in a Monday statement.
The investment expands the company’s hybrid model, combining institutional real estate with crypto assets. Cardone Capital is adding $10M in BTC to its real estate hybrid model as a long-term holding strategy for both institutional-grade real estate and Bitcoin.
The move comes amid Bitcoin’s recent price fluctuations. The digital asset fell from above $95,000 to below $92,000 on Sunday as investors reacted to rising tensions between the US and several European countries over the Greenland issue.
Bitcoin was trading at $93,184 at press time, down 2% over the past 24 hours, according to CoinGecko.
Cardone has a history of buying Bitcoin during market dips, following a strategy of acquiring the asset below market value. His company combines real estate and Bitcoin investments to target higher returns.
