I'm constantly frustrated with the dev talent in this space. Too many of them lack vision beyond quick profit-taking—we're talking sub-$100 PNL mentality. The gap between genuinely competent builders and the noise is stark. Until projects start attracting better engineering minds, we'll keep seeing mediocre protocols and wasted opportunities.

ngl, this is really heartbreaking. Developers who can be happy for half a day over $100 are really everywhere, and they don't want to do long-term things at all.

NGL, this hits home. Developers who get excited over $100 profit are indeed numerous to the point of being outrageous... Truly understanding architecture is a rare gem.

ngl that's why I think Web3 is still in its early stages; talent density is too low... truly capable coders are a rare breed.

Nah, this is the reality. A bunch of people come to Web3 wanting to double their money quickly, but it all turns out to be bad projects.

Exactly right. There are too many people fishing in muddy waters in this circle now. Constantly focusing on making a quick buck with a few tens of dollars really lowers the average IQ.

There are indeed too many people excited over a hundred bucks, making the entire ecosystem feel off.

Nah, to be honest, this industry is just like that. The mentality of being below $100 has long been widespread, and very few people can actually produce quality content.
